Disclosures
Version of 9 October 2026
This document contains the information that the Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958 require from persons who produce investment recommendations.
Author of the recommendations
Alpha22 reports are prepared by [to be completed: name], [to be completed: address] (contact: contact@alpha22.app). The author produces recommendations as an expert within the meaning of Article 3(1)(34)(b) MAR. The author is not an investment firm, does not provide investment advice and is not supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority as a financial market entity.
Nature of the recommendations
- The reports are the same for every recipient and are not personal recommendations.
- The goal of the method is a result better than the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 indexes. It is a goal, not an assurance of any result.
- The ranking lists the companies that score best in the author's assessment; a company in the ranking is assessed positively, and a company removed from it no longer meets the criteria. The ranking is updated monthly; the assessment horizon is long-term.
- Every report states the date and time it was prepared and first published, and for each company its rank history in the reports of the last 12 months.
Methodology and data sources
The assessment and simulation method, including the scales and weights of the indicators, is described at alpha22.app/en/methodology.
- Historical indicators (revenue, earnings per share, operating cash flow, EBITDA margin, bankruptcy probability) are computed from the financial statements companies file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC, the EDGAR database). The report states which filing the data comes from.
- Forward-looking indicators and price targets (revenue, earnings and cash flow estimates and analysts' price targets) are rated by the author from publicly available information, including sites such as Yahoo Finance, Investing.com, MarketWatch, Nasdaq.com, TipRanks, Zacks, MarketBeat, Seeking Alpha and Stock Analysis. The author uses AI tools to search the web and these sites and to help assess the data found. The report gives the author's rating, not the values from these sites. These ratings are the author's opinion.
- The qualitative analysis (answers to 21 questions with points, a summary, the full analysis, signals and warning lights) is prepared by the author from publicly available information. The author uses AI tools to search for information and to help assess the answers, and reviews their output. The qualitative analysis is the author's opinion.
- Prices of the shares and of the SPY and QQQ ETFs are entered by the author from public quotes; the date of the prices is given in the report.
In the reports, facts (indicator values from filings, prices) are separated from the author's opinions (ratings of forward-looking indicators, valuation verdict, qualitative analysis, signals). Portfolio simulation results are hypothetical.
Conflicts of interest
- The author holds shares in some of the companies in the reports. Every such company is marked in the report with the label "Author holds shares", current as of the publication date.
- The author receives no remuneration from the companies covered by the reports and provides no services to them.
- The Service's revenue comes only from user subscriptions.
Personal trading policy
To avoid conflicts of interest and market manipulation (Article 12(2)(d) MAR), the author follows these rules:
- The author does not trade shares or derivatives of companies in a report being prepared or published from 7 days before the report is published until 3 days after it.
- The author does not take positions contrary to the recommendations; in particular, the author does not short-sell shares of companies in the ranking.
- The author does not use the content of a report before its publication to trade.
- Changes in the author's holdings are shown in the next report with the "Author holds shares" label.
