How do I restore my subscription on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings in the app and choose “Restore purchases”.
How do I cancel the subscription or ask for a refund?
Apple manages subscriptions: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
I don't see the new report.
Reports come out on the 15th of the month. Pull down the report list to refresh it. If the report still does not appear, check your internet connection.
I have a subscription, but the report is the free version.
Full versions download with the next refresh. In the report, choose “Download now” or pull down the report list.
How do I turn on notifications about new reports?
iPhone Settings → Notifications → Alpha22. The app also shows the notification status in its Settings.
